About Nickel Slick

I started this site in 2007 to promote my commercial video work, music, and short stories. I came from punk rock and it was supposed to be a ’zine. The idea was to take the imaginative risks of the old science fiction nickel pulps and give them the finish of a slick, glossy magazine. A Nickel Slick.
